A mild alkaline solution is applied to the tiled area which dissolves all dirt, grease and grime. The solution is very safe in home and to the environment.

The alkaline solution is scrubbed into the tile and grout areas to loosen all deposits of dirt and grime. We then apply a controlled high pressure steam clean to all areas pre-treated.

I used Sun Dry for my carpet and upholstery cleaning of my house. It’s been 4 years since my carpets were cleaned and the same for my couch. My mattress being about 5 years old has never been cleaned.Not only were the ladies on the email and phone friendly and accommodating to deal with but they were honest and not just thinking of the $$.The technician Tobias was lovely. He was friendly, warm, and very thorough. Sun Dry shampooed my carpets in three rooms today. The Lounge/Dining room and two bedrooms. The lounge/dining had several serious stains like red wine, Pepsi and the other rooms had stains like those that come from puppies including vomit! Sun Dry got all the stains out, or largely so, and did a fantastic job.
